Our main activities that we advance and monitor in our Configuration Management to ensure the Product Life Cycle;

• · Preparation of Configuration Management Plans specific to the products in the projects after the project contracts, implementation and follow-up of Project Configuration Management Activities in accordance with these plans,
• · Ensuring traceability by creating a traceability infrastructure that will provide project requirements,
• · Identification and numbering of the parts / systems subject to configuration and the technical documents created, definition of configuration units, determination of version tracking methods and tracking of the configuration units used in production with unique identification methods and part number / serial number,
• · Organization of Configuration Control Boards,
• · Conducting Physical and Functional Configuration Audits (FCA / PCA),
• · Follow-up of Engineering Change Activities,
• · Follow-up of Deviation - Waiver Activities,
• · Keeping and reporting Configuration Management follow-up records.
