Our company, which carries out design, development and production, technical support and sales activities for the aviation, defense and electronics industries, as an institution that is aware that sustainable growth, which we place on the main axis of our activities, is possible as long as we maintain sustainable environmental and energy principles;

Environmental Policy
To protect the Health and Safety of our employees and 3rd parties and to ensure continuity by complying with all relevant legal and non-legal legislation, eliminating hazards that may arise from activities, reducing health and safety risks, determining, implementing and continuously improving protection parameters, and protecting our health and then our business.

Our Management Commitment, Our company, which carries out design, development and production, technical support and sales activities for the aviation, defense and electronics industries, is aware that quality and efficient production can only be carried out in a healthy and safe working environment and has adopted the OHS culture. For this reason, it is our primary goal for our employees to protect themselves and their colleagues from danger and risk during the time they spend in the workplace, to ensure that they maintain their normal and healthy state and to have OHS awareness. In order to realize this principle with OHS culture, our workplace has established an Occupational Health and Safety Management System in accordance with ISO 45001 standards and ensures continuous updating and applicability in order to continuously improve it to better levels. With this system; By taking the necessary OHS measures within the scope of the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331:

Our Information Security Policy:
Our information and information security requirements are in line with corporate objectives. Our management, which is open to change, is also very sensitive to technological and resource provision, the employment of competent personnel and the provision of adequate infrastructure components that may be required.

Based on the risk assessment made in this context;

  • - Asset inventory is correctly classified, labeled, and the related inventory and possession tracking is kept up-to-date in the most precise way.
  • - Systems are periodically checked to renew old technologies. If deemed necessary, they are renewed.
  • - Regular and continuous work is also carried out on the destruction of data that has expired due to changes in legislation, conditions or technology.
  • - All data in digital or document form are classified according to confidentiality and authorization levels and person access controls are ensured.
  • - System or data access control is ensured to work uninterruptedly in all internal/external systems.
  • - Necessary measures are taken to protect the system against internal/external attacks and are kept under constant control and monitored.
  • - Informing, training and raising awareness of personnel against internal/external attacks is ensured. Information security is closely related not only to the way we work but also to our personal lifestyle. Depending on technological developments; awareness trainings of the personnel are regularly held to ensure that the IT team stays up to date on the subjects they are specialized in.
  • - At the time of recruitment; a detailed pre-awareness is provided in orientation trainings to ensure that new personnel do not cause security gaps within the company.
  • - Regular vulnerability tests are conducted to identify vulnerabilities that may be due to the development of technology or due to negligence and are eliminated as necessary without wasting time.
  • - Similarly, for physical security, the requirements for camera systems, door access systems and security personnel in all locations of the company are determined and resources are provided for their implementation.
  • - Regular backups are made to protect and store the data produced and to prevent the loss of corporate data in case of possible disasters or attacks. Company management provides all kinds of resources that may be required in this regard.
  • - The necessary resource investments for disaster recovery systems cannot be avoided.
  • - The necessary sensitivity is shown at the highest level in the preparation and implementation of emergency plans.
  • - A confidentiality agreement is made in all kinds of information exchanges with third parties. Explicit consent of the third party is obtained in accordance with KVKK.
  • - In addition to ISMS, ensuring information security is examined within the framework of KVKK, TÖG, legislation and regulations regarding the defense sector, laws and ethical understanding.
